Lisa D’Apolito, Director & Producer

Lisa D’Apolito is an Emmy-nominated producer and director. Lisa’s film documentary Love, Gilda was selected as the opening night film of the Tribeca Film Festival, was distributed theatrically through Magnolia Pictures, had a broadcast premiere on CNN, and was nominated for two creative Emmys. Lisa started as an actress in film, theater, and television, including a part in Goodfellas. She moved on to producing and directing in advertising, making her way to SVP/EP of production at FCB and then starting her own production company, 3 Faces Films. Lisa was named to Variety’s 10 Documentarians to Watch in 2018and SHOOT Magazine’s New Directors Showcase in 2019. Lisa is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Italy. She is in postproduction with Sea Cellar: The Underwater Wine Mystery and recently completed Shari Lewis and Lambchop and Albert Pyun: King of Cult Movies.

John Landolfi, Producer

Born in Brooklyn, New York, John Landolfi has been in the movie business since 1990, starting out as an extra in The Sopranos and in many films. He founded Alternate Ending Films in 2010 and currently has several documentary projects in development. His producing credits include Limbo (2019), Feral (2018), Love, Gilda (Emmy nomination, 2019), Living with the Dead: A Love Story (2015), Daylight’s End (2015), Vigilante Diaries (2016), and Albert Pyun: King of Cult Movies (2023). John is also a member of the PGA.

Andrea Lewis, Editor

Andrea Lewis is an editor/producer who specializes in long- and short-form documentary film and television. She has edited and produced films that have screened at Sundance, Tribeca, DOCNYC, The New York Film Festival, Toronto, SXSW, and HotDocs, among others.The films she has worked on have been distributed theatrically domestically andinternationally, and have been on Showtime, CNN, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

Nick Higgins, Cinematographer

Nick Higgins was the cinematographer for the Academy Award-winning documentary OJ: Made in America. He received an Emmy nomination in the nonfiction cinematography category for his contribution to this eight-hour film. Nick’s work has premiered frequently at Sundance including ESPN’s Lance and HBO’s The Lions Mouth Opens, The Crash Reel, Countdown to Zero, and Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind. Nick is a graduate of AFI’s Cinematography program, a member of the AMPAS documentary branch, and a licensed drone pilot.
